Part-Time Sales Associate / Game Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding games and making product recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, both in-store and through online platforms.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• Engage with our gaming community, including participation in events and store initiatives.
• Support day-to-day operations including handling cash register, stocking products, and cleaning private rooms and bathrooms.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in specialty retail and/or familiarity with trading card games (TCG), tabletop, or board games preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms like Discord, Facebook, Tiktok, and Instagram.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform cleaning tasks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and event nights.
• A passion for games and willingness to share knowledge and help foster a welcoming environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon TCG, Lorcana, or similar games.
• Ability to assist community members with deck-building and understanding game metas.
